conciliation

The conciliation mechanism may be promoted at any time by agreement between the parties.

However, the law provides for that, in the case of failure to reply to a proposal of conclusion or of review of agreement, the initiative can start from only one of the parties.

Outside this case, the law still provides that the initiative may be unilateral, provided that an 8 day prior notice to the other party is made.

Conciliation is carried out by an arbitrator so an agreement can be reached between the parties.

If it is not possible to reach an agreement by this way, within a month after conciliation had started, the mediation mechanism may be requested by one of the parties.
