time credit of public employees’ committees and sub-committees members’

For the fulfillment of his/her activity, each one of the public employees’ committees and sub-committees members has 25 and 8 monthly hours, respectively. These time credits are reduced by half, in the bodies or services with less than 50 public employees.

There can be no accumulation of time credits by the fact that a public employee belongs simultaneously to more than one collective public employees’ representation structure.

The absences of members of public employees’ committees and sub-committees in the fulfillment of their functions that exceed the time credits are deemed justified absences and are taken into consideration as actual period of service except for compensation purposes.
