adhesion agreement

The public employer entities and trade union associations may adhere to collective labour agreements in force by means of adhesion agreements.

The adhesion agreement shall not entail any amendment as to the content of the collective labour agreement; this one remains unchanged, there is only an extension of its application scope being also applicable to the adherent public employer entity in its exact terms.

The adhesion shall be made by agreement between the concerned public employer entity and that one or those ones that would be the opposing party to the agreement negotiation, if it would have participated therein.
