\  Collective dispute settlement

The collective labour disputes consist of deadlock situations that occur in the course of direct negotiation, when the parties shall not manage (or shall not wish) to achieve an agreement that suits their interests.

The law typifies the mechanisms for the collective labour dispute settlement: conciliation, mediation and arbitration.

Under the terms of the law, lists of arbitrators representatives of public employees, public employer entities as well as of president arbitrators are set up.
