» Period of 10 compulsory working days, followed or interpolated, in the 30 days following the birth of a child, five of which enjoyed in a consecutive way immediately after the birth

» 10 optional working days, followed or interpolate, provided that they are enjoyed simultaneously with the enjoyment of the initial parental leave by the mother
