Absence of a public employee candidate for elections to public offices during the legal period of the respective electoral campaign

In cases of absence for periods lower than the work period to which is bound, the respective times are added for determination of the missing normal work periods

Absences of half-days or full days are compulsorily communicated within a 48 hour prior notice

They do not determine the loss of any public employee’s rights whatsoever, namely the compensation
