The careers whose functional contents characterise work places of which only one or some services need for the development of the respective activities are designated as special

The respective public employees are subject to more demanding functional duties than those provided for general careers

For integration in these careers and in any of the categories in which are divided, successful approval in a specific training course with a duration not lower than six months or the obtaining of a certain academic degree or professional title is demanded, as a rule
