Full or partial justified absence to the work, to carry out work and study programmes and to attend courses or internships of recognized public interest

» Scope

In the country

The equivalence to scholarship in the country may not be granted to carry out work and study, courses or internships with duration of fewer than three months

Abroad

The equivalence to a scholarship abroad may be granted to participate in conferences, seminars or meetings of a similar nature of recognized public interest, albeit of duration of fewer than three months, just once in each calendar year

» Authorization of the member of the Government in charge of the sector, setting the respective duration, terms and conditions
