Instrument of mobility applicable only in the scope of reorganisation of services processes by merger or restructuring with transfer of responsibilities to the staff who transit to the integrating service

The reassignment consists of the public employee integration in other service, on a permanent or provisional basis, and is made without change of the employment relationship or of the form of mobility under which the public employee fulfilled functions in the service subject of reorganisation. It is made for the same categoria, pay level, index or pay step

Reassignment is made by Order of the integrating service top manager that shall also fixed the date on which it takes effect
