FIXED WORK SCHEDULES

» Concept

Fixed work schedules are those that are divided by two daily periods, with fixed beginning and end working hours, separated by a rest break

Services of common functioning regime that are closed on Saturdays

Morning period - from 9am to 1pm

Afternoon period - from 2pm to 18pm

Services of special functioning regime that operate on Saturdays

Morning period - from 9:30am to 1:30pm from Monday to Friday, and until 12:00pm on Saturdays

Afternoon period - from 2pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday

Workers holders of disability

The adoption of fixed work schedule does not prevent that the worker holder of disability, may have more than one rest break, provided that in total it does not exceed the limit established (from one to two hours)


FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULES

» Concept

Flexible work schedules are those that enable workers to manage their working hours, choosing the beginning and end working hours, complying with fixed core working hours, of morning and afternoon, previously stipulated

» Regime

The fixed core working hours shall not have, as a whole, (part of the morning and of the afternoon) duration lower than 4 hours

Per day no more than ten working hours shall be performed

The compliance with the duration of work shall be appraised weekly, fortnight or monthly, considering average daily work duration of 7 hours
