POSITIONS NOT INTEGRATED IN CAREERS

» Limited executive tenure

When it deals with the performance of positions not integrated in careers the public employment legal relationship is formed by limited executive tenure that, in the absence of a special law on the contrary, has three year duration, successively renewable for equal periods

» Basic pay

A pay step of the single pay scale is associated to each position, the cash amount of which corresponds to the monthly basic compensation

» Termination of the limited executive tenure

In default of a special law on the contrary, the limited executive tenure terminates at any time, on public employer entity’s or public employee’s initiative, with 30 day prior notice

After the limited executive tenure end, the public employee returns to the juridical-functional situation of which was holder before thereto, when formed and consolidated for an indefinite period of time, or terminates the public employment legal relationship, in the contrary case. In any case shall have the right to an indemnity when predicted in special law
