Good conduct after the enforcement of the disciplinary penalty

» Commencement

Request of the public employee submitted to the entity that has enforced the penalty

» Time limit of the request

» The request after the time limits over the enforcement of the penalty

» Written reprimand - 6 months

» Fine - 1 year

» Suspension - 2 years

» Termination of the limited executive tenure - 2 years

» Dismissal - 3 years

» Dismissal due to a fact imputable to the public employee - 3 years

» Effects

» The incapacities shall be terminated

» The subsisting effects of the penalty shall be terminated

» It shall enable the registration of good behaviour in the personal file

» It shall not grant the public employee to whom a compulsory early retirement or dismissal penalty has been enforced the right of, for this fact, re-establishing the employment relationship
