» Loss of pay

» Are suspended due to public employee’s disease, if this one informs the employer and submit a medical certificate attesting it, and continues after the termination of this impediment

» Shall not be suspended for public employer’s convenience

» Do not affect the right of the public employee to accede to periodical information issued by the employer for the set of public employees

» At the term of the leave the public employee is entitled to resume activity
