Justified absence from work with variable duration between 14 to 30 consecutive days, pursuant to the corresponding medical certification, when the termination of pregnancy takes place

» Suspends the enjoyment of holidays, the remaining days shall be enjoyed after its term, even if such fact occurs in the subsequent year

» Does not affect the time already elapsed of internship or training course, the public employee shall comply with only the missing period to complete it

» Postpones the carrying out of tests, whenever necessary, for the professional career development

» The public employee is entitled to resume activity at the term of the leave

» Does not loose the meal allowance
