TERMINATION AFTER REQUALIFICATION

» Public employees covered

The employment contract of the public employees terminates, for those who are not covered by the second requalification phase procedure, have terminated the first phase and have not resumed functions

» Formalities

The managing entity of the requalification system shall notify the public employee of the inexistence of other work posts compatible with his/her category or professional qualification

» Time limit

The contract terminates within the time limit of 30 days calculated as from the notification

» Indemnity for the termination of the contract

The public employee is entitled to an indemnity calculated under the terms of the Labour Code
