LIMITED EXECUTIVE TENURE

» Scope

The public employment relationship is formed by limited executive tenure in the following cases:

a) Positions not integrated in careers, namely management positions;

b) Functions fulfilled with a view to obtaining specific training, academic qualifications or professional degree by public employee with public employment relationship for an indefinite period of time.

» Applicable norms

If no special norm exists for this purpose, the regulation applicable to the public employment legal relationship of origin shall be applied to the limited executive tenure, and if it does not exist, the regulation applicable to contracted public employees shall be adopted
