» Expression of the assessment of services

The assessment of services gives raise to one of the following ratings

» Good performance, when attained the objectives and surpassing some of them

» Satisfactory Performance, when attained all objectives or the most relevant ones

» Insufficient Performance, when the service has not achieved the most relevant objectives

» Effects of the service assessment

Insufficient Performance

» It is deemed for the purposes of conclusion of a new charter of mission in which a recovery or correction of deviations detected plan is established

» If the grant shall be consecutive or the deviations evidenced were not surpassed, decisions may be taken relating to the pertinence of the existence of the service

» Publicising

Services

Each service shall make the dissemination on electronic page (public) of its self-assessment with indication of the respective parameters
