The guarantees of impartiality are the set of means and legal provisions that aim to ensure public employees’ impartiality in the performance of public functions

Such means are mainly constituted by:

» Regime of fulfilment of other functions in accumulation with either public or private entities

» Regime of conflict of interests

» Regime of impediments

» Regime of release and suspicion
