ASSESSMENT COORDINATING COUNCIL (CCA)

» Composition

The CCA is composed of:

» top manager of the service, who presides over

» manager responsible for human resources management

» three to five managers (middle and or top) appointed by the top manager

» Restricted composition

When the CCA shall give its opinion on appraisal of middle managers, its composition is restricted, integrating only top managers and the head for human resources management

» Competence

It is incumbent upon the CCA to:

» Establish guidelines for an objective and harmonic application of SIADAP 3

» Establish general guidelines with regard to setting of objectives, choice of competences and measurement indicators

» Validate appraisals of Relevant Performance and of Inadequate Performance, as well as recognise appraisals of Excellent Performance
