EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT IN PUBLIC FUNCTIONS
FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME

It is subject to a written form and shall contain the signature of the parties; if the contract does not contain the signature of the parties the employer shall remedy the situation within a period of 30 days calculated as from the public employee?s request for the purpose

It shall include, at least, the particulars referred to in article 40 of the General Labour Law in Public Functions, namely, the mode of contract, place and normal period of performance of work and date of commencement of activity

The date of commencement of the activity shall be expressly mentioned in the contract but, if it is not included, the contract is deemed to commence on the date of its conclusion
