FOLLOW-UP
(MONITORING AND REFORMULATION OF OBJECTIVES)
» Monitoring
The monitoring of the performance is intended to:
» Clarify aspects that reveal to be useful to the appraisal
» Collect, in a participative way, opinions on the mode how the performance is developed
» Serve as a support for a more grounded appraisal
» Reformulate the objectives and results to be achieved, in cases of occurrence of subsequent facts that prevent the predicted course of activities
This procedure is registered in a specific form and may be launched by the appraising officer’s initiative or at the request of the appraised public employee
A number of so many meetings may be held as deemed necessary by the stakeholders
» Reformulation of objectives
The reformulation of objectives must take place as soon as subsequent facts or circumstances are made known and that justify the impossibility or un-usefulness of total or partially pursuing them
This change is made in a specific form. It shall not occur at the end of the management annual cycle nor after the objectives have already been attained
