DGAEP logo use by third parties
DGAEP logo may only be used by means of express authorisation by the Directorate General for Administration and Public Employment.
Its use shall:
- Strictly comply with provisions set out in the specifications;
- Be perfectly clear about the purpose of its use;
- Agree with the Directorate General for Administration and Public Employment objectives and principles.
DGAEP logo use agreement does not confer any exclusive use right to those to whom is granted, neither allows them appropriation of the logo or of any other registered brand or similar logo, either by registration or by any other means.
